Confirmation of investments by the auditor

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 200 of 16.07.2010 regarding the regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova. The Migration and Asylum Office requests the confirmation of investments by an auditor, in the case of:

• Granting and extending the right of temporary residence for associations or shareholders of legal entities with foreign investments registered in the Republic of Moldova:

The right of temporary residence is granted to the foreigner who has made investments in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 81/2004 regarding investments in entrepreneurial activity and is an associate or shareholder of legal entities from the Republic of Moldova.

• Granting and extending the right of temporary residence for work purposes to persons with management positions:

The right of temporary residence for the purpose of work is granted to persons who hold management positions and manage subordinate employees within an applicant beneficiary in which, in the last 3 years of management, investments have been made in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 81/2004 regarding investments in entrepreneurial activity or jobs were created.

The right of temporary residence for work purposes for persons with management positions is granted for a period established under the conditions provided for in art. 361 par. (3).

If the requesting beneficiary does not meet the conditions provided for in art. 361 par. (3), persons with management positions may obtain the right of temporary residence for work purposes in accordance with the provisions of art. 434.
